Designed and built an end-to-end accounting system to eliminate manual reconciliation errors, streamline billing schedules, and enforce double-entry audit trails across property developments:

• General Ledger & Reporting: Implemented balance sheet and profit & loss modules with automated period-closing logic and strict double-entry bookkeeping.
• AR & AP: Developed Accounts Receivable and Payable workflows with aging and transaction report.
• T-SQL Architecture: Implemented parameterized stored procedures, CTEs, and table indexing to control CRUD throughput while preventing SQL injection and optimize report extraction.
• Role-Based Access Control (Type 0): Enforced role-based access controls to govern transactional permissions down to specific page-level operations and approval actions.

Built property accounting and operations management software for real estate developer clients based on operational briefs and client revision trackers:

• Greenfield Module Development: Designed database tables and built end-to-end workflows for General Ledger, Accounts Receivable/Payable, and unit legality tracking.
• Construction Progress & Billing Logic: Developed SPK milestone validation based on structural completion weight percentages to control contractor disbursement schedules.
• Change Request Execution: Translated operational punch-lists directly into software features, including COGS recalculations, sales agent parameter tracking, and unit handover milestone logging.
